Decide which work the software needs to cover

Test a real sequence with fictional records
Bring a participant plan, a completed visit and a follow-up task to the demonstration. Ask the vendor to show the record, note, duration, funding context and billing review. If staff work from phones, repeat the important steps at phone size.
For a mixed-service organisation, test the handover between teams. Check which staff can open the participant’s information, where clinical notes are restricted and how finance gets the detail needed for billing.
Ask for current commercial terms
Confirm ShiftCare’s current regional pricing, user minimums, trial conditions and required plan directly. Product packaging and prices can change, so do not carry an old comparison price into the decision.
CordoCare’s new-organisation monthly pricing is $39 AUD per active user for Support Coordination or $49 for Therapy & Allied Health, with no per-client fees. Its 14-day trial requires a card and renews onto the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
