How much does Support Coordination cost?
The current sale price is $25 AUD per active user each month. The normal price is $38. There is no seat minimum and no participant charge.
How much does Therapy & Allied Health cost?
The current sale price is $35 AUD per active user each month. The normal price is $48. Clients are unlimited and there is no per-client charge.
How do the free trials work?
Both CordoCare options include a 14-day free trial. A card is required, nothing is charged during the trial, and monthly billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless the subscription is cancelled first. Support Coordination is $25 per active user each month and Therapy & Allied Health is $35 per active user each month.
Is a card required for the Support Coordination trial?
Yes. A card is required to activate the 14-day trial, but nothing is charged during the trial. The $25 per-user monthly subscription starts automatically after 14 days unless it is cancelled first.
Does either option charge for clients or participants?
No. Both options include unlimited clients or participants. Subscription pricing is based only on active CordoCare user seats.
Is CordoCare MCP included?
Yes. Both options include organisation and employee CordoCare MCP access. Agent access follows live roles, permissions and client or participant scope.
