What happens after the 14-day trial?

A card is required to activate the trial. Nothing is charged during the first 14 days. Your selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Will I pay more when my caseload grows?

Both workspaces include unlimited client or participant records. Subscription pricing is based on active user seats, with a minimum of one user.

Which workspace should I choose?

Choose Support Coordination for NDIS coordination work. Choose Therapy & Allied Health for clinical workflows. Therapy organisations can also switch into Support Coordination when they deliver both service types.

Is AI usage unlimited?

Each paid plan includes a monthly fair-use AI allowance. Trial accounts have a smaller allowance. Review AI-assisted notes and reports before you use them.

Can I see the software without starting a trial?
