Before you start

Check these items before changing participant, billing or compliance records.

  • Ask one clear question at a time.
  • Include the participant context only when needed and allowed.
  • Review AI output before acting on it.

Steps

Follow this workflow.

Open the assistant

Use the floating assistant or open Help, then choose Open assistant. Stay on the page you are working on if you need workflow help.

Choose the right kind of question

Ask for NDIS knowledge, CordoCare how to steps, case note wording, email drafts, daily work summaries or participant context depending on your role and access.

Give practical context

Include the feature, participant workflow, date range or outcome you need. For example: "How do I finalise a billable case note?"

Check sources and limits

When AI answers from knowledge base content, use the cited source or guide title. For regulatory or pricing decisions, verify current rules where required.

Turn the answer into action

Create a task, update a participant, draft a note or open the relevant guide after the assistant explains the workflow.

Expected outcome

You can get quick help without leaving the CordoCare workflow, while still reviewing important decisions yourself.
