Before you start

Check these items before changing participant, billing or compliance records.

  • Write the real facts first. AI should improve structure, not invent details.
  • Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Review every AI output before saving or finalising.

Steps

Follow this workflow.

1

Add the known activity details

Select the participant, activity type, SC level and duration before asking AI for help. This gives the assistant the right service context.

2

Provide rough notes or prompts

Write what happened in plain language, including who was involved, the purpose, action taken, participant response, outcome and follow up.

3

Generate the draft

Use the AI drafting or structuring action. CordoCare will produce professional wording based on the data available to your role.

4

Review for accuracy and tone

Check names, dates, facts, goal references, billing assumptions and wording. Remove anything that is not supported by your actual work.

5

Save or finalise manually

You remain responsible for the note. Save the reviewed draft or finalise it only when it meets your organisation documentation standard.

Expected outcome

You have a cleaner note draft without losing professional judgement or factual accuracy.
