Getting started
Set up your login, finish onboarding, understand the dashboard and find the main CordoCare work areas.
Check these items before changing participant, billing or compliance records.
Steps
Open CordoCare, choose Sign In, then use the email address connected to your organisation. If you received an invite, use that invite link first so your account joins the right organisation.
Follow the onboarding prompts to confirm your organisation profile, add your first participant, invite your team and review your default NDIS settings.
Use the left navigation to move between Dashboard, Participants, Case Notes, Tasks, Calendar, Documents, Billing, Reports, Compliance and Settings. On mobile, use the bottom navigation for the most common work.
Use the dashboard to see your caseload, upcoming work, overdue tasks, plan review reminders, recent activity and billing progress. Coordinators see scoped work, while managers and admins see wider team information.
Use the floating CordoCare AI assistant or the Help page when you need NDIS guidance, app instructions, case note wording or workflow help while you are inside the app.

Add organisation details, NDIS registration, invoice branding, billing preferences and team defaults.
Create a participant record with contact details, NDIS number, funding route, guardians, emergency contacts and staff assignment.
Ask CordoCare AI for NDIS knowledge, app guidance, participant context, case note wording and workflow help.
