How to set up your organisation profile

Add organisation details, NDIS registration, invoice branding, billing preferences and team defaults.

Before you start

Check these items before changing participant, billing or compliance records.

  • Have your legal organisation name, trading name, ABN and NDIS registration number ready.
  • Prepare your business address, invoice email, phone number and logo.
  • Confirm who should have owner or admin access before inviting the full team.

Steps

Follow this workflow.

Open Organisation settings

Go to Settings, then Organisation. This area stores the profile details used across invoices, documents, reports and account records.

Enter business identity details

Add the organisation name, ABN, NDIS registration number, address, phone, website and main contact email. Keep these details exact because they appear on billing and participant documents.

Add branding for invoices and PDFs

Upload your logo and confirm brand colours if your plan includes branding controls. Send a test invoice or document preview before using it with participants and plan managers.

Review NDIS and billing defaults

Check invoice prefix, billing contact, default funding route, NDIS settings and price guide configuration. Finance teams should confirm this before any billing run.

Save and audit the setup

Save the profile, then open Settings and Billing to confirm the saved details flow into subscription, invoice and billing screens.

Expected outcome

Your organisation details are ready for participant records, invoices, service agreements and reports.
