The price on the website is only the start of the comparison.

Check active-user fees, client limits, setup, AI allowances and renewal terms before comparing support coordination software quotes.

Price the whole working team

Start with the number of people who need to use the system. Include the practice owner, coordinators, supervisors and finance staff. Then ask which of those people count as a paid user and when that charge starts or stops. Keep annual and monthly quotes separate so you can compare like with like.

Use this quote checklist

  • Subscription per user and any minimum number of users.
  • Participant or client limits and storage charges.
  • Required modules, AI allowances and third-party subscriptions.
  • Import, training or implementation costs.
  • Billing frequency, tax treatment and renewal terms.
  • Cancellation, data export and access after cancellation.

Ask the supplier to identify what is included in writing. “From” pricing is useful for finding a starting point, but it does not establish your final bill. Nor does a price page establish that a particular integration is ready for your account.

CordoCare’s published monthly prices

For new organisations, Support Coordination is $39 AUD per active user/month and Therapy & Allied Health is $49. There are no per-client fees. The Therapy & Allied Health plan also supports practices working across both workspaces. Check the current pricing page for the complete terms.

Understand the trial decision

CordoCare’s 14-day trial requires a card. The selected paid subscription starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Put the decision date in your calendar and test your important workflows early. If you want to see the software before making that commitment, request a walkthrough.

Compare software cost with the work it helps your team complete. Avoid assuming a time saving or financial return until you have measured it in your own practice.
