How to send and track service agreements

Create a service agreement, use templates, send for e-signing and monitor agreement status.

Before you start

Check these items before changing participant, billing or compliance records.

  • Confirm participant details, service scope, rates and dates.
  • Check the agreement template is current.
  • Confirm the correct email recipient for signing.

Steps

Follow this workflow.

Open Service Agreements

Choose Service Agreements from the navigation or open the participant Agreements tab. Start from a template when one exists.

Create the agreement

Select participant, template, agreement dates, services, rates, terms and any notes required by your organisation.

Preview before sending

Review names, dates, service descriptions, pricing, cancellation terms and signatory details before sending.

Send for signature

Send the agreement to the participant, nominee or representative. CordoCare tracks access and signature status through the signing link.

Store and follow up

After signing, keep the completed agreement attached to the participant and create a task for renewal before the end date.

Expected outcome

The participant agreement is sent, traceable and stored with the participant record.
