How to send a welcome pack

Create, send and track a participant welcome pack with acknowledgement and onboarding documents.

Before you start

Check these items before changing participant, billing or compliance records.

  • Confirm participant contact details and representative details.
  • Review the current welcome pack template.
  • Have any required documents ready.

Steps

Follow this workflow.

Open Welcome Packs

Use the Welcome Packs area or the participant Welcome Pack tab. Choose a template or create a new pack.

Select participant and content

Choose the participant, confirm included sections and attach required onboarding documents or information.

Preview participant view

Check the pack content, contact details, privacy information and acknowledgement wording before sending.

Send the pack

Send the welcome pack to the participant, nominee or representative. CordoCare tracks whether it has been opened or acknowledged.

Follow up incomplete acknowledgements

Create a task or reminder if the welcome pack is not acknowledged in your expected timeframe.

Expected outcome

Participant onboarding information is sent and acknowledgement status is visible to the team.
