Steps
Go to Calendar and choose Add appointment. You can also add participant events from the participant profile.
Add title, participant, date, start and end time, location, description and any reminders.
Review warnings for overlapping appointments or unavailable times before saving.
Open the participant Appointments tab to review past and upcoming appointments connected to that participant.
Use the iCal feed option if your organisation uses an external calendar for read only appointment visibility.
Appointments are connected to participant records and visible in calendar and participant history.
Record calls, emails, meetings and provider contact so the participant communication history stays complete.
Write NDIS case notes with participant context, activity type, duration, support item, attachments and billing readiness.
Create tasks, assign owners, link participant work, use due dates and track team follow up.
